For Inner Source Meditation course graduates seeking deeper experience and knowledge, we offer residential retreats once or twice a year. Retreats give you a chance to unplug from daily life and spend several days in the company of other meditators, enjoying a profound mix of meditation, yoga, knowledge sessions, walks in nature and delicious fresh meals. Retreats are designed to deeply rejuvenate you on every level–physical, mental, spiritual.
Special note: During the pandemic, we have been able to gather for 1- and 3-day retreats via Zoom, which has allowed course grads from a variety of locales to come together virtually and enjoy a deep, transformative break in the company of other meditators.
