The Intro will give you a good understanding of Inner Source Meditation and its effects, plus how it compares with other types of meditation. It's an opportunity to learn more about the practice and address any questions you may have. Whether or not you take the ISM course, you're welcome to attend an Intro. If you wish to learn the practice, attendance at a recent Intro is a prerequisite. Since the pandemic, periodic public Intros have been offered via Zoom. Private Intros are also available by special arrangement.

This 4-session course takes place on four consecutive days, with sessions lasting 1.5 hours each. All four sessions (one per day) are required. Upon course completion, you'll have a valuable life tool you can continue to enjoy, plus ongoing free access to coaching and enrichment programs. Details about all programs and services for course grads are available via regular newsletters.

Prerequisite: attendance at a recent free Intro.

Cost: $575/individual, $1150 families (parents + children 17 and under who start at the same time). Includes initial training, plus ongoing coaching and knowledge programs. Payment plans and alternative session times may be available by special arrangement.

Children under the age of 10 may learn a special children's version of Inner Source Meditation, which helps to reduce anxiety, enhance focus, create balance, and draw out their inner potential. Once they reach the age of 10, they become eligible to take the regular course. Training for children consists of three sessions, two of which last 30-45 minutes, followed by a 15-minute session. Free ongoing coaching is available as needed.

Pre-requisite: at least one parent or guardian must be practicing ISM.

For those seeking profound transformation, individual sessions with Sonia offer healing and guidance from Source on specific situations or circumstances in your life. They last 75-90 minutes, and can be done in person when available in your area or by phone at other times.

Group sessions focus on a particular life theme and include healing and guidance from Source to help you shift limited energies, open your heart and center in wholeness. They last around 90 minutes.
