Inner Source Meditation is our core program. It is an ancient practice for modern times, taught in a secular manner that reflects our common humanity. Unlike most forms of meditation, Inner Source Meditation is easy, natural and enjoyable to learn and practice. Anyone can do it.

Inner Source Meditation is done twice a day, sitting in a relaxed way with your eyes closed. During the practice, your mind automatically settles from normal activity into its silent Inner Source, while your body gains deep, healing rest.
The result? Stress spontaneously releases, you access more of your potential and restore a state of internal balance to mind, body and spirit. Daily use of this “inner hygiene” tool allows you to bring your best self to every part of your life. Apart from the daily benefits, such as lower blood pressure, better sleep and more creativity, the eventual result of the practice is to live in a state of enlightenment, or full human development.
Learning the practice involves five training sessions of 1.5-2 hours each. Once you complete the course, you are entitled to free periodic coaching and follow-up sessions.

Q. I have a “monkey mind”–it always seems to be busy! Can I do this meditation?
A. Yes, anyone can do it! Inner Source Meditation is natural, and spontaneously triggers a deep state of rest that allows your system to release the stress that causes mind-chatter.
Q. How is Inner Source Meditation different from mindfulness and other forms of meditation?
A. Most meditation practices involve mental exertion in the form of concentration, breath-control, conscious observation or visualization. Because of the mind-body connection, whenever your mind is kept busy (even with quiet reflection), your body remains active, depriving it of the deep rest that is essential for self-healing.
By contrast, the practice of Inner Source Meditation is completely effortless, allowing your mind to spontaneously settle beyond thoughts and experience deep silence, pure awareness, your Inner Source. The profound physical rest that automatically accompanies this experience allows deep-rooted stress to dissolve so you naturally become more centered, more mindful, more present and more focused in daily life.
Q. Do I have to sit cross-legged, chant, or hold my hands in special positions when I do this meditation?
A. Many forms of meditation do require or encourage these practices, but Inner Source Meditation isn’t one of them! Our meditation is silent, restful, completely natural. Most people prefer to sit easily on a chair during the practice. We encourage you to be upright but comfortable, rather than straining to maintain a rigid posture or hand position. Any attempt to do that would impose effort on your practice and prevent you from settling down to enjoy a deeper inner experience.
Q. Can I learn Inner Source Meditation from an app, a magazine article, a book or a video?
A. No. Unlike these casual sources, we provide in-depth individualized training so each person masters this powerful, transformational life tool. There’s no substitute for learning systematically from an experienced professional who knows how to respond to your particular needs while insuring that you gain all the knowledge and experience you need to be self-sufficient with your practice once you complete the training.
